1. What is Digifinds.in?
Digifinds.in is a digital product marketplace where individuals and businesses can purchase high-quality downloadable items such as:

All our products are crafted to help you save time, grow your brand, or simplify your workflow.
2. Are all your products digital?
Yes, 100% of the products on Digifinds.in are digital. You will not receive any physical item.
3. How do I receive my order?
Upon successful payment, you’ll receive:
- Immediate access to a download link on the confirmation page, and
- An email with your download link (check Spam/Junk if not in Inbox).

4. What if I don’t receive the download link?
Please check:
- Your email spam or promotions folder
- That you entered the correct email address at checkout
If you still haven’t received it after 10 minutes, email us at [email protected] with your Order ID.
5. Can I access my downloads later?
Yes! You will receive a permanent link via email. However, we recommend downloading and storing your files safely as backup.
6. What if the file is corrupted or doesn’t open?
In rare cases, technical errors may occur. If the file is corrupt or inaccessible, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order details. We’ll send a new working copy ASAP.

7. What payment methods are accepted?
We support:
- Debit & Credit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Razorpay
- PayPal (for international users)
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
8. Can I request a refund?
As our products are digital and downloadable, we do not offer refunds unless:
- The file is defective and we can’t resolve it
- You made a duplicate purchase

9. I accidentally bought the same product twice. What should I do?
Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours with both order numbers. We’ll verify and refund the duplicate payment.

10. Can I edit the templates I purchase?
Yes! Most of our templates are fully customizable in tools like:
- Canva (drag & drop editor)
- Microsoft Excel/Word
- Google Docs/Sheets You can change text, colors, fonts, layouts, etc.
11. Can I use your products for commercial purposes?
Unless stated otherwise in the product description:
- Personal use is always allowed
- Commercial use is allowed for your own brand/business use
- Resale or redistribution of the product or modified versions is strictly prohibited
Always check the licensing section on each product page for clarity.
12. Will these templates work on mobile devices?
Yes. Many of our templates work on mobile using:
- Canva app
- Google Docs/Sheets
- Microsoft Office app
However, for advanced editing or exporting, desktop/laptop is recommended.

15. Can I request a custom digital product?
